PRICING

Full character models start at 300 USD for simple designs and simple clothing.
Complex models can average 800+ USD.
Basic 3D model commission deliverable
• Rigged 3D Model in .FBX format. Including bones for dynamic movement.
• Texture files in PNG format.
• Blendshapes for speech and eye tracking.
• Unity package for VRChat or VRM.
• WIP images throughout the model making process.
• Support for minor alterations throughout the model making process and for 7 days post delivery.
Examples of options that will/may incur an additional cost.
• Nude Base model (SFW).
• Facial expression blendshapes.
• Additional Unity package deliverable (VRChat or VRM).
• VRChat SDK 3.0 expressions menu set up.
• ARKit Blendshapes.
Important Notes
• I am willing to work on props, outfits, character parts, etc.
• You are always allowed to request a removal from the waiting list or change your mind before any payment is made.
• I will contact you if I need anything more from you.
• You must make an upfronts payments before i can start working on your avatar projects
• I accept bit by bit payments method
• You have my full permission to stream, make content with and upload models or art to social media or games (with credit where possible). Putting images of the model or art to sell on merch will require a Commercial Use License, as will putting the content in a paid game. Any use outside of what I have permitted, must be discussed with me.
• You don't have my permission to commission someone else to make edits to any work you commission from me.

Terms Of Services

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below regardless of if you have read them or not.
Any of these terms and conditions may change at any time, for any reason. Changes will not apply to any ongoing work.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me prior to the commission.
1. GENERAL TERMS.
Please fill in the form clearly and in detail.
Provide what is relevant to your commission, failure to do so may result in your submission being rejected
Any untoward behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.
2. PAYMENT
Payment may be paid in 2 instalments, using a payment plans, or in full, upfront. The first payment must be at least $100 from the full price before the work is started and the remaining payments can be made during the making process.
I am accepting payments through PayPal & Cash app, sometimes through Gift cards or Crypto currencies (BTC).
3. PROCESS
Work In Progress screenshots and other updates will be given by default.
If work needs to be hidden from the public for any reason, the commissioner may request a period of non-disclosure during the process of the commission and after the commission is completed.
If the commissioner shows any commissioned work during that time for any reason, the non-disclosure period will end and I will be permitted to show the content however I wish.
The commissioner may ask for alterations at any time. However certain changes may require additional payment especially if they differ drastically from the agreement prior to the commission.
The time for your commission to be completed will vary depending on complexity. If I feel as if I can not complete the commission in a reasonable time or for personal reasons, you will be notified.
After the commission is completed you will still have the opportunity to request minor edits, depending on the request additional payment may be required. After 7 days you will need to fill in another form and re-apply for another commission regarding any changes so please use the 7 day period to properly check and test the model.
4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
Once the final deliverable has been delivered to the commissioner, they obtain ownership of the final deliverable under a Personal Use License.
Under this Personal Use License the commissioner is permitted to use the model for their own personal use, outwith the requirements of a Commerical Use License.
For use as a commercial or monetary product a Commercial Use License is required.
A Commerical Use License incurs an upcharge of 35%.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make money with the work including merchandising, promotion, product integration, etc.
I, James 3D, retain the right to use the copyrighted work to:
• Promote myself and my work anywhere for any reason.
• Reproduce or edit the work in whatever way I choose to.
If you break the copyright / usage policy in any way, permissions given to the commissioner may be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
• Reproducing / Using the copyrighted work or edited work commercially outside of agreed permissions.
• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
Reselling of the 3D model or it's parts is not permitted under any circumstances.
5. SERVICE PROVIDED
I will accept work that has clear, appropriate, and high quality concept art, this means a front and (preferably) side view, or the full description of what you want exactly.
Please have breakdowns of any significant details such as patterns, clothing layers, small accessories, etc.
There may be additional costs if any bases sent to me need minor fixes, and any broken bases sent to me will be rejected.
6. CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You do not have the right to cancel or demand a refund after agreeing to the commission and sending payment.
If money has not been sent, the commissioner retains the right to cancel the commission and will be removed from the waiting list.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to use it as I wish. You will also be banned from commissioning me in the future.
